Educational Library Furniture ‘ELF’ only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders to UK Mainland are inclusive of shipping, however, Scotland is excluded. If you are based in Scotland, upon receipt of your order we will contact you to advise on shipping costs. ELF retain the right to change shipping costs without prior notice.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Why ELF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All orders are custom made to order and so ELF do not allow for refunds or exchanges. If your product is faulty not by way of shipping damage, for example, a castor is broken, ELF will exchange the faulty product(s) as necessary. ELF do not accept returns for reasons such as but not limited too; wrong colour(s), wrong products, size issues. Damage due to wear and tear/use will not be deemed as reason for ELF to accept return of an item.
